The BEV features a front-mounted motor producing 211 PS (155 kW) and 288 Nm, achieving 0-100 km/h in 7.7 seconds with a 175 km/h top speed, significantly outperforming the ICE variant (1.5L turbo 147 PS/210 Nm with CVT, 0-100 km/h in 10.2 seconds). A CATL-supplied 58.9 kWh LFP battery delivers 402 km of WLTP range, with 30-80% fast charging in 28 minutes at up to 130 kW DC. The J5 EV expands Jaecoo's new energy SUV portfolio in the Malaysian market.
