Hyundai Motor Company announced that its global sales in April 2025 reached 353,338 units, a 2 percent year-over-year increase. The company sold 285,828 units outside of Korea, a 1.1 percent increase year-over-year, while in Korea, Hyundai Motor sold 67,510 units, an increase of 5.9 percent compared to the same month last year. Hyundai Motor SUV models collectively sold 25,728 units in the Korean market, while the Genesis luxury brand sold 11,504 units. Hyundai Motor will continue to respond flexibly to the changing global market environment through local production and sales optimization.

New Denza N8L Spy Shots Revealed, Likely to Share Design and Tech with Denza N9
Spy shots of the new Denza N8 (likely to be named N8L) have been revealed. The new model is expected to share the same design language and technology as the Denza N9, rather than the discontinued Denza N8. The front features the latest Denza family design with “L”-shaped headlights and a trapezoidal closed grille, along with a wide air intake and roof-mounted lidar. The rear is highly similar to the Denza N9, with slim dual-layer taillights and a license plate relocated to the bumper. Powertrain-wise, it will likely feature a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system with a maximum engine power of 152 kW and a total power of 680 kW from three motors. The CLTC electric range is 202 km, with a combined range of 1302 km and a fuel consumption of 6.3 L/100 km in charge-depleting mode.
