NIO delivered 37,705 vehicles in May, hitting a record monthly high with 62.3% YoY and 28.4% MoM growth. All three brands—NIO, ONVO, and Firefly—posted year-over-year gains, with ONVO surging 124.8% MoM. Year-to-date deliveries reached 150,526 units, up 68.7% YoY. The ES9, ONVO L80, and 2026 L90 have commenced deliveries, while the new L60 debuted at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show and will launch in June, further expanding the product lineup.

The facelifted BYD Atto 3 is set for launch in Malaysia on June 5. It has multiple variants globally with upgraded powertrain, battery and suspension. Some models adopt 800V architecture for faster DC charging, alongside improved acceleration and cargo space. Key local specifications remain undisclosed.

The facelifted compact SUV Geely Cowboy was launched on June 30 with three variants, priced from 81,900 to 90,900 yuan. A 6,000-yuan cash discount is offered for a limited time. It retains the original exterior design, features upgraded configurations and a functional roof rack.

The facelifted Shangjie H5, a mid-size SUV, is available for pre-order starting at 169,800 yuan with benefits up to 12,000 yuan. It retains the current exterior design with new color options. The interior adds seat massage, W‑HUD and a 15.6-inch moving screen, improving comfort and interaction. The EV variant features a 124L front trunk for enhanced practicality.

The Shangjie Z7 and Z7T have officially started national batch delivery on May 30. Available in three trims respectively, they are priced from 219,800 to 309,800 yuan. Adopting coupe and shooting brake styling with a 3000mm wheelbase, the duo is fully equipped with 896-line LiDAR, Huawei ADS 4.1 and a full suite of Huawei intelligent vehicle systems.
