Arcfox T1 has started blind orders, with display vehicles arriving at over 500 stores in 214 cities nationwide. The pre-sales launch event will be held at 19:30 on August 22. The vehicle features the ARC-FLOW concept design language, with a rounded body and a narrow-top, wide-bottom rear design. The distinctive taillights and spoiler add a sporty touch. The interior is equipped with a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster, 540° panoramic imaging, and other features. The rear seats can be fully reclined to increase storage space, meeting consumer demands.

On August 17, the Audi E5 Sportback, a new mid-size model from SAIC Volkswagen Audi, officially began pre-sales with four configurations priced from 235,900 to 319,900 RMB. The vehicle, built on a smart digital platform, features a dynamic and stylish design inspired by Audi’s design essence. It is equipped with a laser radar and 27 perception hardware units, supported by the NVIDIA Orin-X chip for various driving scenarios. Dongfeng Fengxing's new mid-large MPV, the Xinghai V9 Yue Xiang series, is set to launch tomorrow with a pre-sale price starting at 199,900 yuan. The vehicle features a multi-bar horizontal chrome grille, split headlights, and a Through-type taillights，with dimensions of 5230/1920/1820mm and a wheelbase of 3018mm. The interior is equipped with dual 12.3-inch screens, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and Tencent TAI 4.0 system, adopting a 2+2+3 seating layout. Some models offer heated, ventilated, and massaging seats. Chery's international sub-brand Jaecoo has launched the pure electric SUV Jaecoo J5 EV in Thailand. The vehicle is priced at 549,000 to 599,000 THB (approx. RM71,000 to RM78,000) for the first 1,000 customers, with the regular price set at 629,000 to 679,000 THB (RM82,000 to RM88,000). The J5 EV is equipped with a 58.9kWh battery, offering an NEDC range of 461km, and supports 80kW DC fast charging and 11kW AC charging. It features a front-mounted motor with 211PS and 288Nm of torque, achieving 0-100km/h in 7.7 seconds and a top speed of 175km/h. With dimensions of 4,300×1,860×1,650mm and a wheelbase of 2,620mm, the B-Segment SUV competes with the Honda e:N1. Standard features include 18-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Higher-end models come with a panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control. The vehicle was previously launched as the Jaecoo 5 EV in the UK. In Malaysia, the brand has teased the arrival of the gasoline-powered J5 with a 1.6L turbo engine.

Chinese premium electric vehicle brand Zeekr has launched the Zeekr 009 Executive in Malaysia at a price of RM299,800, a RM10,200 reduction from the May pre-sale price. This electric MPV features a front-wheel-drive single-motor setup with 340PS and 373Nm of torque, achieving 0-100km/h in 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 210km/h. It is equipped with a 116kWh NMC battery, offering a WLTP range of 604km and supports 150kW fast charging, reaching 80% in 30 minutes. The Executive version is comparable to the Luxury version in terms of configuration, with a 7-seater layout and dual-chamber air suspension system for enhanced ride comfort and handling. Customers will also receive a home wallbox charger, portable charger, free tinting, and one year of free connectivity services.

The 2026 Kia Carnival is set to launch on September 1. As an annual update, the model will focus on configuration adjustments and optimizations while retaining the current exterior design, featuring a large front grille, honeycomb mesh, irregular LED daytime running lights, and silver chrome accents. The interior is expected to continue with the dual 12.3-inch screen setup, three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and rotary electronic gear shift, with a 2+2+3 seven-seat layout. Powering the vehicle is a 2.0T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 171 kW and a maximum torque of 353 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The new model is expected to enhance competitiveness through increased configurations and potential price reductions, along with more purchase incentives.
