Tesla Malaysia has commissioned a new V4 Supercharger site at Pavilion Damansara Heights, adding four 250 kW DC bays to complement the mall’s existing six Destination Chargers. The network now totals 16 Supercharging stations (72 units) and 16 Destination Charging stations (73 units) nationwide. Further expansions are slated for Nexus Bangsar South, Queensbay Mall Penang and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey by year-end. The company reiterated its 2026 commitment to open at least 30% of DC fast chargers to non-Tesla EVs under the BEV Global Leaders programme.

Open to all brands but offering Xpeng owners exclusive discounts, the five-bay site anchors the partners’ 20-location regional network and Charge+’s 5,000 km Singapore–Hanoi EV corridor.

Geely announced that the all-new Emgrand will start pre-sales on November 5th. The Teana Hongmunk Cockpit premiered with a 15.6-inch floating screen running Huawei HarmonySpace 5 and HUAWEI SOUND, plus a liftable crystal gear shifter. Spy shots reveal the upcoming Boyue L undergoing heavy camouflage testing. AION will open pre-orders for the i60 compact SUV on Nov 3. Measuring 4685 mm long and riding on a 2775 mm wheelbase—105 mm longer than the AION V—the five-seater keeps the V’s profile but adds split-headlamp styling and 18- or 19-inch wheels. Two powertrains are offered: a range-extender version couples a 74 kW 1.5L generator with a 29.2 kWh LFP pack for 160 km electric range, while single-motor BEV and EREV variants deliver 150 kW or 165 kW.
