The GWM Tank 500 Diesel is set to launch in Thailand this month to compete with the Toyota Fortuner and other models. It is powered by a 2.4-liter turbocharged diesel engine producing 184 hp and 480 Nm of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, available in both 2WD and 4WD variants. The diesel model features a spare tire mounted under the car and a new suspension tune for improved comfort, especially for the middle row seats. Thai customers can choose from three seven-seater variants: Pro 2WD, Ultra 2WD Black Warrior, and the top-spec 4WD Black Warrior. The Black Warrior variant adopts a full black exterior, including a black front logo and black trim. The Tank 500 HEV was launched in Thailand in May, priced at RM328,800 on-the-road without insurance, powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and an electric motor, with a combined output of 346 PS/648 Nm and a switchable 4WD system.

Bentley Unveils All-Electric Concept EXP 15, Showcasing Future Design Direction
British ultra-luxury brand Bentley unveiled its all-electric concept car, the EXP 15, at its headquarters in Crewe, UK. The design elements of the EXP 15 will serve as the core style reference for the brand's future electric vehicles. The new car features a long hood and compact tail with a Fastback proportion, a three-door three-seat layout, and a flexible cabin structure. Its appearance is avant-garde and concise, with a large diamond-shaped grille at the front complemented by dense LED accents. The side profile continues the GT sports car proportion, while the rear features a ring-shaped taillight with dual active spoilers. Inside, the EXP 15 showcases a "low-key luxury" concept, with a fully symmetrical central control area and three screens cleverly hidden within black panels. Mazda 6e Pricing Announced in Europe, Starts from Around RM224k
Mazda has officially announced the price of its new pure electric sedan 6e in Europe, which will be launched in September this year. In Germany, the starting price of 6e is €44,900 (about RM223,700), the long-range version is priced at €46,500 (about RM231,600), the high-end Takumi Plus version is priced at €46,900 (about RM233,600), and the long-range version is priced at €48,500 (about RM241,600). In comparison, the starting price of Tesla Model 3 is €39,990 (about RM199,600), and the long-range rear-wheel drive version is priced at €44,990 (about RM224,500). The Mazda 6e is based on the Deepal L07 of its Chinese partner Changan. It adopts the "Authentic Modern" design concept, is equipped with a 15.6-inch central control screen and a 10.25-inch instrument panel, and is equipped with a 68.8kWh lithium iron phosphate battery. The range under the WLTP standard is 479 kilometers. In addition, the new car also provides an 80kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt battery version with a range of up to 552 kilometers. The Mazda 6e is expected to enter the UK market in the first half of 2026.

Mazda Unveils Official Images of the Third-Generation CX-5 with Upgraded Exterior and Interior
Mazda has released official images of the third-generation CX-5, which is expected to be launched first in the European market by the end of this year, with a version featuring Mazda's self-developed Skyactiv-Z hybrid system planned for 2027. The exterior continues the Kodo design philosophy, with a layered headlight structure, sharper front bumper lines, and a repositioned radiator grille that lowers the visual center of gravity. The side profile remains sleek and compact, equipped with newly designed blackened five-spoke petal-shaped wheels. At the rear, the taillights are slimmer, and the tailgate features a "MAZDA" letter badge. The vehicle measures 4,690 mm x 1,860 mm x 1,695 mm, with a wheelbase extended to 2,870 mm. The steering wheel has also been redesigned. Safety-wise, the new CX-5 will be equipped with Mazda's latest advanced driver assistance systems. Power-wise, the initial fuel version will be equipped with a 2.5-liter e-Skyactiv-G four-cylinder naturally aspirated gasoline engine, assisted by a 24V mild hybrid system, with a maximum output of 141 PS and peak torque of 238 Nm, mated to a Skyactiv-Drive six-speed automatic transmission, offering both front-wheel and all-wheel drive options.
