The Volkswagen ID.ERA 8X has been revealed, with pre-sales starting September 28. Positioned as a mid-to-large size SUV with a large five-seat layout, officially dubbed a "German driving flagship SUV." Exterior features connected light strips and L-shaped daytime running lights with a six-core headlight design. Dimensions are 5,020/1,997/1,750mm with a 2,970mm wheelbase. Interior follows the ID.ERA 9X design with dual-spoke steering wheel, instrument magic screen, Smart surface door panel and 15.6-inch 2.5K dual screens. Chassis uses cloud chassis and VMC control system with dual-chamber air suspension and intelligent road-preview magic carpet system. Powertrain combines a 1.5L range extender (105kW) with a 220kW motor. The 51.1kWh battery delivers over 340km CLTC EV range and 1,400km total; the 65.2kWh version offers over 400km EV and 1,500km total range.

Subaru has unveiled the new Impreza and Crosstrek overseas, with the key change being the discontinuation of the 2.0L e-Boxer mild hybrid system. The new Crosstrek transitions to full hybrid starting at 3,833,500 yen (approx. 163,000 yuan), featuring a 2.5L boxer engine + dual motors + eCVT (145kW combined) with standard AWD. The new Impreza returns to pure gasoline power starting at 2,865,500 yen (approx. 122,000 yuan), equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated boxer engine (113kW) paired with CVT, available in FWD and AWD. Both receive a new Ignition Red color option. The Crosstrek offers Harman Kardon audio and EyeSight X, while the Impreza offers STI aerodynamic packages.

The Aston Martin Valhalla Spider convertible is expected to debut in November. It features a removable roof design rather than a folding soft top, retaining the carbon fiber monocoque body and aluminum subframe from the coupe, with push-rod front suspension and multi-link rear suspension. The powertrain carries over the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors from the coupe, producing 828hp from the engine and 1,079hp system combined. The coupe variant has been delivered since 2025, limited to 999 units globally, and is the brand's first production mid-engine supercar.

Interior offers purple and brown color schemes with HarmonySpace 6 and 29-inch AR-HUD. ADAS includes 4 lidars (including 896-line front lidar) and Huawei Qiankun ADS 5. The PHEV delivers 560kW/910Nm with 0-100km/h in 5.9s, 65kWh battery providing 340km EV range and 1,500km total range, with 5C fast charging in 12 minutes. The EV variant produces 475kW/765Nm with 120kWh battery and 701km range. Both feature three-chamber air suspension, dual-valve EDC dampers and bidirectional 10-degree rear-wheel steering.

MINI has launched the COOPER Cool Britannia Special Edition with 4 variants priced at 208,800-320,800 yuan, plus a limited Collector's Edition EV at 298,888 yuan (3 units). Inspired by the Union Jack, it offers Chili Red, Rebel Blue, Magic Blue, British Racing Green, Grey and Pepper White with a white roof. Features include roof graphics, hood decals and Union Jack valve caps. Interior offers British-themed headrest covers, button covers and welcome pedals. The electric version uses a single motor (160kW/330Nm) with a 51.5kWh battery delivering 463km CLTC range. The petrol version features a 2.0L turbo engine (150kW/300Nm) paired with a 7-speed DCT.

Nissan's 2027 Rogue Hybrid features a 1.5L e-POWER drivetrain with 225hp combined output from dual motors. The exterior showcases a bold grille design, while the interior offers dual displays up to 14.3 inches. With a 1.67kWh battery, it achieves approximately 6.2L/100km fuel economy. Pricing starts around ¥238,000 in the US, with full market launch in early 2027.
