Hyundai Motor Group has signed an MOU with the South Korean government and Jeonbuk State to establish a KRW 9 trillion innovation hub in Saemangeum. The project encompasses an AI data center, robotics manufacturing cluster, 200 MW-class PEM electrolyzer plant, and gigawatt-scale solar infrastructure, with operations commencing from 2027. Through the D.E.S.I.G.N. framework, the Group will develop an AI hydrogen smart city, integrating physical AI, hydrogen economy and intelligent manufacturing technologies to enhance Korea's industrial competitiveness and drive regional economic growth.

Wuling and Huawei's first flagship collaboration model, the Huajing S, has officially revealed its "Flame Gold" color variant on February 27. Built on the Tianyu Architecture L platform, the large six-seat PHEV SUV's experience vehicles have already rolled off the production line at SAIC-GM-Wuling's Intelligent Island Manufacturing System (I²MS) facility, marking entry into user experience and mass production preparation phases. The Flame Gold edition features a Maybach-inspired two-tone paint scheme with gold upper body and red lower section, complemented by a full-width star-ring light bar and L-shaped air curtains. Dimensions of 5,235/1,999/1,800mm and a 3,105mm wheelbase emphasize its flagship positioning.

Stellantis Malaysia has unveiled the upgraded Leapmotor C10 PLUS and limited-run C10 PLUS Night Edition, restricted to 50 units. The D-segment electric SUV adopts an 800V architecture with an 81.9 kWh battery pack, delivering 510 km WLTP range, 299 hp output and 360 Nm torque, achieving 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds. DC fast charging capability increases to 180 kW, enabling 30-80% charging in 22 minutes. The C10 PLUS is priced at RM148,000, while the Night Edition commands RM156,000 with launch incentives up to RM13,000. The Night Edition features a black roof, aerodynamic body kit and 20-inch matte black "Trident" wheels. Both variants come with 6-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty and 8-year/160,000 km battery coverage.

Voyah has released official images of the Taishan Black Warrior Edition, a large SUV set for March launch. The model features a full-black exterior with red brake calipers and debuts Huawei's ADS V4.1 quad-lidar intelligent driving system, complete with autonomous driving indicator lights and exterior microphones. The current Taishan lineup is priced between 379,900-509,900 yuan, offering HarmonyOS cockpit with voice AI, AI cloud comfort seats, 32-speaker audio and triple-chamber air suspension. Measuring 5,230/2,025/1,817 mm with a 3,120 mm wheelbase, the Black Warrior Edition strengthens Voyah's position in the premium full-size SUV segment.

Spy shots have emerged of the first collaborative model between FAW Group and Leapmotor, expected to launch this year. Under the partnership agreement, Leapmotor contributes full-stack self-developed electrification and intelligent technologies, while FAW provides plug-in hybrid/range-extender powertrain expertise and supply chain resources. The prototype features slim horizontal headlights without a full-width light bar, a flat closed grille and centered lower air intake, blending Hongqi Tiangong series design cues with Leapmotor's minimalist aesthetic. This collaboration represents a new model of technology integration between state-owned enterprises and emerging EV manufacturers.

Renderings of the next-generation Audi RS 6 have surfaced, with the high-performance wagon set for a 2026 debut alongside a sedan variant. Sources indicate the model will likely retain its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine while adding plug-in hybrid technology. Based on the new A6 Avant, the design features more aggressive styling with sharper lines, wider wheel arches, a large rear diffuser and prominent spoiler. The PHEV version will adopt exaggerated air intakes and centrally-mounted oval exhaust tips. The vehicle is currently in final testing phases ahead of launch.
