Toyota has initiated a recall for the 2022-2023 Tundra and Lexus LX series vehicles due to engine production defects, affecting over 100,000 vehicles. The recall is due to residual debris in the engine production process that could cause crankshaft main bearing failure, with no related injuries reported to date. Toyota has committed to providing free engine replacement services for the affected vehicles.
