Xiaomi's subsidiary, Xiaomi Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully bid for an industrial land plot in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area with a bid of 842 million yuan, planned for the development of high-end automobiles and new energy intelligent vehicles. The project is expected to invest no less than 2.6 billion yuan in fixed assets and achieve an annual output value of no less than 16 billion yuan, potentially serving as the site for Xiaomi's second phase of automobile factory construction.
