Ford Argentina has been recognized as one of the best companies for LGBT+ talent in Argentina for the second consecutive year, according to the HRC Equidad AR survey initiated by the Human Rights Campaigning Foundation. This is the second edition of HRC Equidad in Argentina, an initiative that promotes inclusive workplaces and recognizes leading companies in LGBT+ inclusion in the country. Out of a total of 82 participating companies, 55 were certified. Ford Argentina is committed to fostering professional development for individuals and creating inclusive and secure environments for employees to reach their full potential. Additionally, Ford Argentina has implemented multiple policies to promote safe and inclusive workplaces and has affinity groups organized by employees of the organization to address inclusion issues related to gender, disability, and generational diversity.
