The 2026 Jetour X90 PRO mid-size SUV hit the market on 10 Dec., priced 13.59–16.79 across five trims. Measuring 4858 mm long with a 2850 mm wheelbase, it offers 5/6/7-seat layouts and up to 1634 L cargo space. A 15.6-inch central display powered by Snapdragon 8155, quad-zone voice control and FOTA highlight the upgraded tech package.

On Dec 18 Landa Auto launched the limited-run L60 Violet Edition. The SUV costs CNY 214,900 outright or CNY 157,900 with BaaS battery subscription; only 666 units are available. Based on the RWD variant (Cd 0.229), it adds Violet haze paint, 20-inch glossy-black wheels, a fold-out rear-right table and a two-tone lilac-white leather interior with marble-effect trim. Customers who lock any L60 order by Dec 31 can save up to CNY 41,000 and share a CNY 110 million gift pool via the Landa App.

Mercedes-Benz has released teaser images of the all-electric VLE MPV, the first model built on the dedicated VAN.EA architecture. Supporting 800-V charging and offered in FWD or AWD configurations, the van seats up to eight. Signature star-shaped DRLs and an illuminated closed grille highlight the design. Its world premiere is set for 10 March 2026, with local production by Fujian Benz and a future VLS lineup to follow.

Citing a shortage of rear-seat entertainment expansion chips, NIO will switch to a revised hardware package for ES8s rolling off the line from 22 Dec 2025. The update drops USB local video playback and USB-C video-out to external monitors, while wireless mirroring and USB lossless audio remain intact. Ford will migrate future EVs to a new low-cost Universal EV Platform, launching a mid-size electric pickup in 2027 at Louisville Assembly. The firm projects hybrids, EREVs and BEVs to rise from 17% to roughly 50% of global sales by 2030. The next-generation F-150 Lightning switches from BEV to range-extender architecture, while larger pickups and SUVs gain EREV options and Ford expands commercial-vehicle and battery-energy-storage investments.

ONVO will deliver the L60 Violet Limited Edition on 18 Dec, capping production at 666 units. The mid-size SUV rides on a 2950 mm wheelbase and features exclusive violet paint plus two-tone 5-spoke wheels. Buyers can choose between 326 hp single-motor or 465 hp dual-motor layouts paired with 60 kWh or 85 kWh packs. Subscription-battery pricing starts at ¥149,900; full-purchase at ¥206,900.
