On July 23, Deepal revealed the interior of the updated S05 compact SUV, featuring a two-tone Nebula Purple color scheme with chrome accents for a refined atmosphere. Notably, the conventional digital instrument cluster has been replaced with a HUD head-up display. The center console adds a wireless phone charging pad and dual cup holders for improved storage. Jetour UAE has announced via Instagram that the 2027 Jetour T2 is now open for booking. Photos reveal minimal exterior changes beyond a subtle tailgate spoiler, with upgrades focused primarily on the interior. Front door cards feature quilted inserts matching new quilted leather seats with added massage functionality, while a grab handle has been added to the passenger side. Driver door window switches and center console switchgear have been redesigned, and the center armrest box now opens sideways toward the driver (previously upward). Kerb weight starts from 1,616 kg for the 37 kWh variant and 1,631 kg for the 52 kWh version. Powertrain options feature the APP290 single-motor FWD configuration with 116 PS and 135 PS outputs when paired with the 37 kWh LFP battery, while the 52 kWh variant delivers up to 540 km of WLTP range—expanding Volkswagen's entry-level electric SUV portfolio.
