Promotional materials indicate the new model may feature Huawei's in-cabin LiDAR Limera system, with pricing expected to decrease to expand market accessibility. For context, the M6 launched on April 22 as a mid-large SUV with four configurations priced from 259,800 to 299,800 yuan, offering BEV and EREV powertrains in a five-seat layout. As of June 14, cumulative deliveries exceeded 30,000 units within 54 days of launch, demonstrating strong market performance. This new variant aims to complete the product portfolio by potentially lowering the entry barrier while maintaining intelligent driving capabilities through in-cabin LiDAR optimization, targeting a broader consumer base.
