Ford has officially launched its Signature 2.0 retail standard in South America, with seven Brazilian dealerships already upgraded. The new concept replaces traditional showroom layouts with hospitality-focused, open-space designs featuring boutique hotel-style ambiance and seamless digital-physical integration. The automaker targets 30 Signature 2.0 stores across South America by end-2026, comprising 18 locations in Brazil and additional outlets in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Elena Ford, Global Head of Dealer Engagement, visited Brazil to commemorate Grupo Caminho's 25th anniversary, the brand's largest dealer group in the Southeast region.
