Mercedes-AMG has released spy shots of the CLE Mythos, the second limited-production model from its Mythos bespoke division. Featuring aggressive aerodynamic enhancements including a large front air intake and rear spoiler over the CLE 53, plus interior roll cage, the vehicle is expected to deploy a new flat-plane crank V8 engine producing up to 659 hp, emphasizing its hardcore performance orientation.

Following the Saga facelift, Proton announced plans to expand its AMA modular platform with multiple derivatives, including an A-segment crossover SUV. Independent designer Theophilus Chin has created unofficial renders showcasing the "Saga Cross" incorporating Saga-inspired styling cues with elevated ride height. CATL has unveiled its Tianxing II light commercial EV battery series, featuring the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery for commercial vehicles. With superior low-temperature performance and lower material costs, mass production is scheduled to commence in July for small vans and light trucks applications.

Geely announced plans to validate its all-solid-state battery technology in a vehicle by 2026, with experimental cells achieving 400 Wh/kg energy density. Weighing just 780 kg dry, it achieves 0-200 km/h in 7.4 seconds and exceeds 300 km/h top speed. With carbon-fiber construction, double wishbone suspension and 2.3g lateral grip, the limited 150-unit run is priced from €298,500.
