Mercedes-Benz VLE Electric MPV Teased, 800-V Architecture Debuts March 2026
Mercedes-Benz has released teaser images of the all-electric VLE MPV, the first model built on the dedicated VAN.EA architecture. Supporting 800-V charging and offered in FWD or AWD configurations, the van seats up to eight. Signature star-shaped DRLs and an illuminated closed grille highlight the design. Its world premiere is set for 10 March 2026, with local production by Fujian Benz and a future VLS lineup to follow.

Tan Chong Motor officially introduced the TQ Wuling Bingo in Malaysia on 17 Dec, priced RM67,800 (Pro) and RM72,800 (Max); first 500 buyers receive RM5,000 rebate, netting RM62,800/RM67,800. Built locally (CKD), the 3950×1708×1580 mm hatchback drives a 68 PS/150 Nm front motor fed by 31.9/37.9 kWh LFP batteries rated 273/337 km WLTP. Both support 50 kW DC and 7 kW AC charging.
