Proton will launch the 2026 Saga facelift, staying A-segment with a 1.5L i-GT NA unit delivering 120PS/150Nm and 14% better fuel economy. Standard and Executive grades keep the Aisin 4AT, while the new Premium adds a Punch CVT. Looks evolve on the third-gen body with standard LED projector headlamps; Premium gains full-width LED taillights, 15-inch two-tone wheels, six airbags and ADAS (AEB, FCW, LDW, BSM). Cabin remains hard-plastic sans centre armrest; pricing is expected to stay within RM30–50k, launch date TBA.

Tesla Malaysia Energises Pavilion Damansara Heights with 4-Cab V4 Superchargers
Tesla Malaysia has commissioned a new V4 Supercharger site at Pavilion Damansara Heights, adding four 250 kW DC bays to complement the mall’s existing six Destination Chargers. The network now totals 16 Supercharging stations (72 units) and 16 Destination Charging stations (73 units) nationwide. Further expansions are slated for Nexus Bangsar South, Queensbay Mall Penang and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey by year-end. Indonesia Auto Parts Sector Remains Sluggish; EV Uptick Hinges on End of Import Incentives
Despite October’s broader manufacturing expansion, Indonesia’s component sector is yet to recover, GIAMM reports. On 5 Nov 2025, Zeekr launched the facelifted Zeekr X compact electric SUV in three trims. MSRP ranges from RMB 155,800 to 175,800, but a trade-in incentive cuts the price to RMB 145,800-165,800 until 31 Dec. The 2,750-mm-wheelbase model retains its minimalist design, adds six new colors and features a 14.6-inch sliding center screen, 50 W wireless phone charging and a 5.7-liter central refrigerator. Early orders receive up to RMB 34,000 in limited-time benefits.

Ford Argentina Debuts All-New Territory Hybrid: 245 HP Full Hybrid, 1,200 km Range, Standard 4WD Tech
Unveiled at Pacheco Hub, the New Territory Hybrid pairs a 150 hp 1.5L turbo with a 218 hp motor for 245 hp/545 Nm total output and a 2-speed DHT; it delivers up to 1,200 km range on a 60L tank. The 1.8kWh NCM battery operates from-35°C to 50°C and is waterproof to 1m for 24h. A 12" centre screen, 7" cluster, wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, Ford Co-Pilot360 suite and lifetime 4G connectivity with remote start/climate are standard, while boot space stays 448L.

Pre-orders for the updated Stelato S9 begin Nov 7. The 5160×2005×1492 mm, 3050 mm-wheelbase flagship sedan—co-developed by Huawei and BAIC—adds star-field lighting, e-mirrors and new wheels. A 192-line plus three solid-state LiDAR suite, 36 high-precision sensors, triple 4D mmWave clusters and Huawei ADS 4 deliver upgraded autonomous capability; both BEV and EREV versions will be offered, with an 800 V BEV already homologated.
