Subaru Malaysia lists the sixth-generation Forester at RM221,500 on-the-road (Peninsula, w/o insurance). Wuling New Energy’s new brand Aishang has launched its first A00 micro-EV, the A100C, priced from RMB 39,800 to 52,800. It offers 220 km CLTC range, 30-80% DC top-up in 30 minutes and a 3-door/4-seat body on the Lingqiao platform. Measuring 3285 mm long with a 1980 mm wheelbase, it features a 10.25-in screen with HiCai OS, seven two-tone pastel colours and up to 882 L cargo space. Launch perks include an RMB 11k gift pack and a RMB 2000 comfort kit for a RMB 99 deposit.

Zhengzhou Nissan announced its 2026 roadmap, adding body-on-frame off-road SUV S20 PHEV and light-utility MPV NV200 PHEV. Frontier Pro PHEV presales start Oct 30. The new Nissan LCV R&D hub in Zhengzhou will spearhead pickup and SUV development, shifting the company from “global manufacturing” to “global creation.”

Bermaz has quietly released the 2026 RHD Xpeng X9 in Malaysia at RM280k-315k OTR without insurance, up RM10k-14k. Changes are minor: silver bumper strips, red tail script and new multi-spoke 20-inch self-righting caps on the Pro Plus. All grades now get 14-way zero-gravity middle-row seats with massage and dual 50W wireless chargers. smart Malaysia has opened pre-orders for the C+ segment electric SUV smart #5 with a RM2,000 deposit; prices TBA. Built on Geely’s PMA2+ platform, three variants are offered: Pro 340 PS/76 kWh/465 km/150 kW DC; Premium 363 PS/100 kWh/590 km/400 kW DC; Brabus 646 PS/100 kWh/540 km/3.8 s 0-100 km/h. All feature L2 ADAS, 800 V architecture (400 V for Pro), 19-21" wheels, dual OLED screens and up to 25.6" AR-HUD plus Sennheiser 3D audio. Estimated price RM250k-300k; deliveries in 2025.
