2025 Zeekr X Facelift Launches from RMB 145,800 with Trade-in Bonus
On 5 Nov 2025, Zeekr launched the facelifted Zeekr X compact electric SUV in three trims. MSRP ranges from RMB 155,800 to 175,800, but a trade-in incentive cuts the price to RMB 145,800-165,800 until 31 Dec. Alfa Romeo Confirms Return to Malaysia with Giulia and Stelvio Veloce Models
Italian automaker Alfa Romeo has officially confirmed its return to the Malaysian market, launching a local website and social media channels while opening pre-registrations for the Giulia sedan and Stelvio SUV. Both models will be introduced in the high-performance Veloce trim, powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 280 PS and 400 Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. The Giulia features rear-wheel drive, while the Stelvio comes with all-wheel drive, both capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 5.7 seconds. Stellantis had previously signalled the brand’s return in March 2024 by establishing a national sales company and showcasing the Tonale SUV in Gurun, Kedah. Future local assembly could further strengthen Alfa Romeo’s competitiveness in the premium segment.

Suzuki Motor Corporation unveiled the all-new crossover model SV-7GX at the EICMA 2025 motorcycle show in Milan, Italy. The SV-7GX inherits the aggressive design of the GSX-S1000GX and blends street sportiness with adventure comfort. Powered by the acclaimed V-twin engine from the SV650 series, it features a three-step adjustable windscreen, rear carrier, knuckle covers, and the S.I.R.S. electronic suite including SDMS, traction control, and bi-directional quick shift. With a lightweight trellis frame and ergonomic design, it offers both touring capability and urban usability. Sales will begin in North America and Europe from 2026.

Third-Generation Mazda CX-5 Confirmed for Malaysian Launch in Q3 2026, to Be Sold Alongside Current Model
The third-generation Mazda CX-5, which made its global debut in July, is confirmed to launch in Malaysia in Q3 2026. Initially imported as CBU units, local CKD assembly is expected to begin 12–16 months later. The new model will be sold alongside the current second-generation facelift version, with differentiated specs: the outgoing model will be limited to a 2.0L engine, while the new CX-5 will feature a 2.5L e-SkyActiv G mild hybrid engine producing 141 PS and 238 Nm, paired with a 6AT and front-wheel drive.
