Tesla Malaysia has commissioned a new V4 Supercharger site at Pavilion Damansara Heights, adding four 250 kW DC bays to complement the mall’s existing six Destination Chargers. The network now totals 16 Supercharging stations (72 units) and 16 Destination Charging stations (73 units) nationwide. Further expansions are slated for Nexus Bangsar South, Queensbay Mall Penang and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey by year-end. The company reiterated its 2026 commitment to open at least 30% of DC fast chargers to non-Tesla EVs under the BEV Global Leaders programme.

Charge+, Southeast Asia’s largest EV-CPO, has launched KL’s fastest 350 kW hyper-charging hub at KL Eco City Mall together with Xpeng and SP Setia. Open to all brands but offering Xpeng owners exclusive discounts, the five-bay site anchors the partners’ 20-location regional network and Charge+’s 5,000 km Singapore–Hanoi EV corridor.

On Nov 3, Jetour launched the 147km-range 4WD Explore and Discover variants of the Shanhai T1, priced at 15.79 and 16.79 respectively, with trade-in prices from 14.99. The SUVs keep the rugged 2810mm-wheelbase body and 1.5T PHEV powertrain, adding entry-level 4WD XWD options between existing 2WD and flagship trims, broadening consumer choice and lowering the 4WD entry barrier while offering up to five purchase incentives.

On Nov 1 Mazda slashed official prices of the mid-size EZ-6 by up to RMB 20,000, bringing the range to RMB 119,800-162,800. Built on Changan’s EPA hybrid platform, the sedan offers both range-extender and pure-electric variants, keeping the Kodo design and fastback profile. Inside, a 14.6-inch floating screen, Snapdragon 8155 chip, 14-speaker Sony audio and zero-gravity seats deliver a tech-focused, sporty cabin.

On Nov 1 LANDIAN opened pre-orders for the third-generation E5 PLUS: two trims listed at RMB 139,800 with a limited trade-in price of RMB 119,800. The mid-size PHEV now delivers 230 km CLTC electric range, adds an AWD variant and standard FSD adaptive dampers. The maker will fully subsidize any 2026 purchase-tax shortfall for late deliveries, and offers RMB 3,999-6,999 camping packages integrating bedroom, sun-deck and mobile-kitchen modules.

SAIC Audi has further trimmed the limited-time offer on the 2026 A5L Sportback lineup. The TFSI 150 kW quattro Exclusive edition drops ¥2,000 to RMB 281,900, while other trims remain unchanged. MSRP stays at RMB 279,900-399,900, with the new promotional band now RMB 259,900-382,900.
