On July 10, Jetta officially unveiled the all-new VS8, a mid-size SUV featuring a bold “Warrior Armor” design language. Measuring 4,629×1,851×1,624 mm with a 2,731 mm wheelbase, the VS8 offers a tech-forward cabin with a 10.25-inch digital cluster and 14.6-inch floating infotainment screen. Power comes from a 1.4L turbocharged engine producing 110 kW, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Built on the MQB EVO platform, it features MacPherson front and multi-link rear suspension, and includes Level 2 ADAS with over 20 active safety functions.

The AITO Ask 5 Ultra has officially started pre-sales with a starting price of 238,000 yuan. The mid-sized SUV offers both pure electric and extended-range powertrains, with new exterior colors like Zero-Degree White and Phantom Purple. The interior features a new chestnut orange color scheme and a column-mounted gear shift. Ledao L90 flagship SUV pre-orders start at RMB 279,900 for outright purchase or RMB 193,900 under BaaS. Mazda has released official images of the third-generation CX-5, which is expected to be launched first in the European market by the end of this year, with a version featuring Mazda's self-developed Skyactiv-Z hybrid system planned for 2027. The exterior continues the Kodo design philosophy, with a layered headlight structure, sharper front bumper lines, and a repositioned radiator grille that lowers the visual center of gravity. Power-wise, the initial fuel version will be equipped with a 2.5-liter e-Skyactiv-G four-cylinder naturally aspirated gasoline engine, assisted by a 24V mild hybrid system, with a maximum output of 141 PS and peak torque of 238 Nm, mated to a Skyactiv-Drive six-speed automatic transmission, offering both front-wheel and all-wheel drive options.

Aston Martin has introduced the 2025 Vantage S upgrade, based on last year's facelift, with deliveries starting in Q4. The new model retains the 4.0L V8 twin-turbo gasoline engine, with maximum horsepower increased from 665 PS to 680 PS and peak torque remaining at 800 Nm. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 3.4 seconds, and the top speed is 325 km/h. On 10 July, Leapmotor launched the all-new C11 priced from RM149.8k to RM165.8k, offering both EREV and BEV options. The mid-size SUV adopts a sleeker design, 17.3-inch central screen and AR-HUD; wheelbase remains 2,930 mm. EREV pairs a 1.5 L range extender with 200 kW motor; BEV delivers 220 kW, 640 km CLTC range and 800 V fast-charge. LiDAR and advanced ADAS—including urban & highway NOA and smart parking—are standard.
