The Range Rover Electric is under development, featuring a 117kWh battery pack developed in-house by Jaguar Land Rover. The battery consists of 344 prismatic cells within an 800-volt architecture. The SUV will also include single-pedal driving mode, Terrain Response system, and ThermAssist thermal management to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%. The chassis and Intelligent Driveline Dynamics (IDD) system are being optimized for authentic Range Rover handling and improved traction on low-grip surfaces.

The European Union has revised its additional tariffs on electric vehicles manufactured in China, with brands such as Tesla experiencing a decrease in rates. Tesla's tariff rate has been reduced from 20.8% to 7.8%, and Geely's rate has also seen a reduction. This adjustment could influence the competitiveness of Chinese electric vehicles in the European market. China has welcomed the EU's decision and expressed its willingness to resolve trade disputes through dialogue and consultation.

The 2025 Dongfeng Yipai eπ007 has been unveiled and is set to hit the market soon. The vehicle retains the current design with a closed grille, split headlights, and Penetrating taillights. The WEY Gaoshan family is set to launch on May 13, comprising three models: Gaoshan 7, Gaoshan 8, and Gaoshan 9, targeting family users, multi-purpose users, and flagship segments respectively. The exterior continues the “flowing mountain and water” design with a large grille, electric sliding doors, and laser radar. Dimensions vary: Gaoshan 7 is 5050mm long with a 3085mm wheelbase; Gaoshan 8 is 5280mm long with a 3145mm wheelbase; Gaoshan 9 is 5410mm long with a 3275mm wheelbase. The interior offers multiple color options, dual 15.6-inch 2.5K screens, Coffee OS 3.2 system, and an 8295 chip. Both front and second-row seats feature heating, ventilation, and massage functions, with optional aviation seats in Gaoshan 9. The vehicle also includes SR-HUD, a high-definition rearview mirror, 23 speakers, and the Coffee Pilot Ultra intelligent driving system.

The new BMW 1 Series is expected to launch in 2027 as a compact sedan. It will feature the Neue Klasse design with a wide double grille integrated with headlights and large dual-strip taillights. Powertrain options include hybrid and electric versions, with the latter offering a range of over 483km. Hybrid models may retain current naming conventions, while the electric version could be called i1.

The new Volvo S90 has been officially unveiled, positioned as a mid-large sedan. The exterior has been upgraded with a new family-style grille and smoked "Thor's Hammer" headlights. The side profile retains the current design but features new wheels. The rear is equipped with new taillights and a small ducktail spoiler, enhancing sportiness. The interior has been refreshed with a new dashboard, an 11.2-inch floating center console screen, and optimized steering wheel trim, significantly improving the sense of fashion. The power system remains unchanged from the current model.
