NIO has completed the delivery of its 100,000th vehicle in Shanghai, becoming the first Chinese brand in the city with an average transaction price over 300,000 yuan and 100,000 users. In 2024, NIO delivered 221,970 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 38.7%. The company's annual revenue reached 65.73 billion yuan, up 18.2% year-on-year, with the vehicle gross margin rising to 12%. In 2025, NIO will launch several new models, including the new ES6 and ET5, and the Firefly brand vehicle will be launched in April.

Chery has launched the Explorer 06 AWD Discovery Edition with a standard price of 139,900 RMB, offering a limited-time price of 109,900 RMB, which includes cash and pre-order incentives. The new model features a "fluorescent warrior kit" with a body size of 4552×1905×1789mm, a wheelbase of 2672mm, an approach angle of 21°, a departure angle of 29°, and a maximum wading depth of 605mm. The interior is equipped with a 13.2-inch infotainment screen powered by the 8155 chip, and features such as 50W wireless charging, remote control via mobile app, and a 540° panoramic camera. Jetour T1 Debuts at Shanghai Auto Show, Confirmed for Malaysia in 2026
At the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, Jetour unveiled its hard SUV T1. Positioned below the T2, the T1 measures 4706×1967×1845mm with a 2810mm wheelbase, falling into the C-Segment SUV category. The T1 offers 1.5L and 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engines and a PHEV version, equipped with a panoramic sunroof, electric seats, a 10.25-inch dashboard and a 12.8 or 15.6-inch infotainment screen. The T1 is expected to enter the Malaysian market in 2026.

Jetour eVT5 Right-Hand Drive Version Unveiled, Expected to Enter Malaysian Market
During the Shanghai Auto Show, Jetour unveiled the right-hand drive version of its eVT5 electric SUV. Positioned as an entry-level B-Segment crossover SUV, the eVT5 measures 4100×1831×1653mm. It features a front-mounted electric motor with 164 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque, paired with a 53.6kWh battery for a range of 410 km. Given Jetour's product plans in Malaysia and the right-hand drive design, the eVT5 is expected to enter the Malaysian market.
