On April 27, Dongfeng Nissan launched its first mid-high-end pure electric sedan, the N7, priced between 119,900 and 149,900 yuan with five configurations. The N7, built on the "Tianyan Architecture," offers over 600 km range and features an intelligent driving system. It includes premium features like AI smart seats, a dual-zone fridge, and a 2.5K HD touchscreen. The mid-large sedan has dimensions of 4930×1895×1487mm and a wheelbase of 2915mm.

NIO has completed the delivery of its 100,000th vehicle in Shanghai, becoming the first Chinese brand in the city with an average transaction price over 300,000 yuan and 100,000 users. In 2024, NIO delivered 221,970 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 38.7%. The company's annual revenue reached 65.73 billion yuan, up 18.2% year-on-year, with the vehicle gross margin rising to 12%. In 2025, NIO will launch several new models, including the new ES6 and ET5, and the Firefly brand vehicle will be launched in April.

Chery has launched the Explorer 06 AWD Discovery Edition with a standard price of 139,900 RMB, offering a limited-time price of 109,900 RMB, which includes cash and pre-order incentives. UMW Toyota Motor has launched the GR Supra Track Edition in Malaysia, priced at RM698,000. The two-seater sports car is powered by a 3.0L turbocharged inline-six engine, producing 388 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission. The automatic version can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, while the manual version does it in 4.3 seconds. The Track Edition features upgraded chassis, suspension, and aerodynamics, including larger 374mm front brake discs and four-piston Brembo calipers. The exterior includes a carbon fibre spoiler and aerodynamic enhancements for increased downforce. The interior features black Alcantara and leather upholstery with red seatbelts and a red shift knob. The car also comes equipped with Toyota Safety Sense, including pre-collision warning and lane departure warning.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has opened a new 3S Centre (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) in Kajang, Selangor, in partnership with authorised dealer Millennium Autohaus Sdn Bhd. This expansion brings the total number of Mitsubishi 3S centres in the Klang Valley to 19. The new facility, located at Lot 1872A, Jalan Semenyih, spans 15,800 sq ft of land with a 9,600 sq ft building, designed to serve the growing customer base in Kajang and its surrounding areas. The centre will showcase popular Mitsubishi models, including the award-winning Mitsubishi Triton and the best-selling Mitsubishi XPANDER.
