The 2026 Lexus RX lineup arrives with seven trims priced from 380,000 to 619,000 RMB, unchanged year-on-year. All variants now feature a 14-inch centre display and LSS+ 3.0 safety suite; a 500-unit RX 300 Black Edition adds matte-black paint and 21-inch smoked wheels. Powertrains carry over: 2.0T turbo, 2.5L hybrid/PLUG-IN and 2.4T hybrid, delivering 182–273 kW combined.

In May 2025, Argentina's vehicle production reached 48,109 units, up 5.8% month-on-month and 25.2% year-on-year. Vehicle exports amounted to 26,346 units, marking a 16.4% increase from April and a 14.7% rise from May 2024. In the first five months, total vehicle production reached 207,630 units, up 12.4% from the same period in 2024, while exports totaled 106,894 units, up 0.9%. The Association of Automobile Manufacturers (ADEFA) noted that despite a slowdown in export growth, the domestic market remains strong. Future efforts will focus on boosting production and exports, leveraging the growth opportunities in the Latin American market.

On September 26, Changan Ford launched the 2026 Edge L with seven variants priced from RMB 229,800 to 309,800. At GIIAS Semarang 2025 GAC Indonesia debuts the Aion UT urban EV in Standard and Premium trims, offering five colours plus two-tone roofs. The 2 750 mm-wheelbase hatch delivers 500 km CLTC range and 30-80% DC charge in 24 min; L2 ADAS and heat-proof battery are standard. Orders placed during the show receive a free portable charger and dash-cam, backed by the new “GAC Price Shield” price-protection commitment.

From 24–28 Sept Citroën Indonesia unveils the Basalt Dark Edition SUV-coupé and C3 Sport hatch at GIIAS Semarang.
