On Sept 2, Ford unveiled BlueOval Charge Network x Octopus Electroverse, launching in October for private and fleet customers across Europe. One app and one card grant access to more than one million public chargers across 1,200 networks, featuring transparent pricing and intelligent route planning via CarPlay/Android Auto. Private users receive a three-month IONITY Premium trial; business users get three months free access to the Octopus Fleet portal for driver-card allocation, network discounts and custom reporting, simplifying EV and fleet management.

Leven will launch the Blue Ballon micro-EV on Sept 13. Measuring 3,100 mm long and riding on a 2,015 mm wheelbase, the 2+2-seater offers 210 km CLTC range.
