On June 23, the Jietu Explorer 2.0TD XWD Off - Road Edition was officially launched, priced at 144,900 yuan, the same as the previous two - wheel - drive version. The new model retains the box - shaped design, with dimensions of 4706/1967/1845mm in length, width, and height, a wheelbase of 2810mm, an approach angle of 28°, a departure angle of 29°, a ground clearance of 200mm, and a fording depth of 700mm. Powerwise, it is equipped with the Chery Kunpeng 2.0T engine, with a maximum power of 187kW and a peak torque of 390 Nm, matched with an 8AT transmission. It also features the XWD all - automatic intelligent four - wheel - drive system, offering "7+X" driving modes, including the X mode that can intelligently recognize road conditions and automatically allocate torque.

The configuration is comparable to the 2026 BAOJUN Yueyue PLUS 301km Flagship Edition, but the new model is priced 40,000 yuan higher. This suggests that the target audience for the new model may not be typical C-end consumers.

JiKrypton Unveils 2025 H2 Product Update Plan, Multiple Models to Get Upgrades
On August 8th, JiKrypton released its product update plan for the second half of 2025.
