Positioned as a compact performance sedan, the new model introduces a new Galaxy Purple exterior color, in addition to Rally Blue and Light Graphite Gray. It features a 11.6-inch infotainment screen, wireless CarPlay, Harman/Kardon audio system, and quad-exhaust setup. Under the hood, it is powered by a 2.4T turbocharged boxer-four engine with 275 horsepower and 350 N·m of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

MIIT Promotes Mandatory National Standard for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Driving Assistance Systems
The MIIT is promoting the formulation of mandatory national standards for intelligent connected vehicle driving assistance systems to enhance the safety supervision of L2-level driving assistance. On June 4, the National Standard Information Public Service Platform issued a notice to solicit opinions on the relevant standards. The standard aims to regulate the performance of driving assistance systems, improve product safety, and reduce accidents caused by performance defects, while enhancing overall road safety. It applies to M and N category vehicles and covers technical requirements such as motion control and driver status monitoring, with clear audit and test methods. The project is open for public comment from June 4 to July 4, 2025, and is expected to be implemented in January 2026 at the earliest. The drafters include the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, Dongfeng Motor, Huawei, etc.
