The new Cadillac CT5 midsize sedan will start pre-sale on February 18th, equipped with a black performance kit, MRC magnetic suspension, mLSD mechanical limited-slip differential, and Brembo high-performance braking system. The new car offers two body colors, Drift Blue and Typhoon Green, and is expected to carry a 2.0T engine with a maximum power of 237 horsepower and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.3 seconds.

On July 10, Jetta officially unveiled the all-new VS8, a mid-size SUV featuring a bold “Warrior Armor” design language. Measuring 4,629×1,851×1,624 mm with a 2,731 mm wheelbase, the VS8 offers a tech-forward cabin with a 10.25-inch digital cluster and 14.6-inch floating infotainment screen. Power comes from a 1.4L turbocharged engine producing 110 kW, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Built on the MQB EVO platform, it features MacPherson front and multi-link rear suspension, and includes Level 2 ADAS with over 20 active safety functions.

Honda Teases N-One e: Electric Kei Car with 245 km WLTP Range to Rival Nissan Sakura
Following the Goodwood debut of the Super EV Concept, Honda has teased the production N-One e: kei EV. It mirrors the N-Van e: powertrain—64 PS/162 Nm front motor, 29.6 kWh battery, 245 km WLTP range—outpacing rivals like the Nissan Sakura. The car supports 50 kW DC fast-charging to 80 % in 30 minutes. Narrow-body styling with round lamps and dual charging ports is retained; an export-oriented, sportier version is hinted, potentially making it the first global kei EV.

Lynk & Co 07/08 EM-P LiDAR Editions Teased, Awaiting MIIT Listing
Lynk & Co VP Mu Jun revealed sketches of the 07/08 EM-P LiDAR variants, now filed for MIIT approval. Roof-mounted LiDAR, reprofiled bumpers and diffuser-style rear valance enhance sportiness; 07 keeps “h” lamps and full-width tail-light, while 08 adopts a trapezoidal grille and more pronounced side intakes.

First Porsche Charging Lounge Opens in Switzerland with 400 kW Ultra-Fast Charging
On July 15, Porsche officially opened the country's first Porsche Charging Lounge in Signy-Avenex near Nyon, Switzerland. It is equipped with 6 DC fast charging terminals with an output power of up to 400 kW. It only takes 18 minutes for the Taycan to charge 10-80%. The station is modularly designed by Studio F.A. Porsche, integrating rooftop photovoltaic and heat pump systems, providing all-weather lounges, catering and high-speed Wi-Fi. Car owners can enter without feeling through Porsche ID, license plate recognition or My Porsche App. This station is the second Porsche Charging Lounge outside Germany and the seventh in the world, further improving Porsche's high-end charging network in Europe.
