Petronas Upgrades Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 Fuel Formula, Boosting Fuel Economy by 20%
Since its launch in 2017, Petronas Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 fuel formula has been continuously optimized, especially in additives, with upgrades every two years. The latest improvements have significantly enhanced fuel economy (up to 20%), engine cleanliness (99%), and optimized power and smoothness. The key to this upgrade is the "dual cleaner formula" and patented combustion enhancer, which not only cleans the inside and outside of the injector but also forms a protective layer on metal surfaces to prevent carbon buildup. Laboratory data shows a 20% increase in fuel economy, equivalent to an additional 222 km per tank of fuel. In real-world road tests, multiple models showed reduced fuel consumption, with one vehicle achieving a 36% improvement. Additionally, vehicle performance was enhanced, with a 5% increase in acceleration and a 3% increase in overall power output. The new formula also meets industry standards, maintaining engine performance with power loss controlled within 2%. Petronas emphasizes that using its fuel eliminates the need for additional "fuel additives" available in the market.
