The 2026 Lexus RX lineup arrives with seven trims priced from 380,000 to 619,000 RMB, unchanged year-on-year. All variants now feature a 14-inch centre display and LSS+ 3.0 safety suite; a 500-unit RX 300 Black Edition adds matte-black paint and 21-inch smoked wheels. Powertrains carry over: 2.0T turbo, 2.5L hybrid/PLUG-IN and 2.4T hybrid, delivering 182–273 kW combined.

In May 2025, Argentina's vehicle production reached 48,109 units, up 5.8% month-on-month and 25.2% year-on-year. Vehicle exports amounted to 26,346 units, marking a 16.4% increase from April and a 14.7% rise from May 2024. In the first five months, total vehicle production reached 207,630 units, up 12.4% from the same period in 2024, while exports totaled 106,894 units, up 0.9%. The Association of Automobile Manufacturers (ADEFA) noted that despite a slowdown in export growth, the domestic market remains strong. Future efforts will focus on boosting production and exports, leveraging the growth opportunities in the Latin American market.

On September 26, Changan Ford launched the 2026 Edge L with seven variants priced from RMB 229,800 to 309,800. The mid-size SUV retains the current design, featuring split headlights, a frameless grille, and hidden door handles. It offers both 2.0T petrol and hybrid powertrains, with the hybrid variant using the EcoBoost E system and some models equipped with AWD.

Changan has launched the fourth-generation CS55PLUS with four variants priced RMB 92,900–109,900; after cash rebates the range drops to RMB 78,900–96,900. The 2,656 mm-wheelbase SUV features a borderless front end, full-width tail-lamps and a 10.25-inch+14.6-inch curved dual-screen running Tianshu OS with CarPlay/HiCar. All versions get a RMB 6,500 ADAS package free during the launch period, plus doubled deposits, trade-in grants, zero-interest loans and complimentary maintenance.

From 24–28 Sept Honda premieres the STEP WGN e:HEV—its first premium hybrid MPV—in Semarang alongside HR-V, Civic and CR-V e:HEV models.
