Dongfeng Motor and Huawei have signed a comprehensive deepening strategic cooperation agreement in Wuhan, focusing on automotive intelligence, corporate digital transformation, and ecosystem co-building. The two parties will leverage their respective strengths to collaborate in core areas such as intelligent driving assistance, smart cockpits, and intelligent connectivity, and establish a joint innovation laboratory. This marks an upgrade in their cooperation since the initial agreement in 2018.

The JETOUR Mountain Sea T1 4WD was officially launched on May 26th. It features a plug-in hybrid powertrain combining a 1.5T engine with three electric motors and an XWD fully automatic intelligent AWD system, with a CLTC pure-electric range of 220km. Bestune Yueyi 07 officially launched on May 26th. Positioned as a mid-size SUV, it is the first mass-produced model of the BMP super-electric hybrid platform and the second product of the Yueying platform. The exterior features split headlights with a through design, a closed front end with vertical grilles, and an upturned body line, offering 18/19-inch wheel options. The vehicle measures 4745/1880/1710mm with a wheelbase of 2772mm and features through taillights. The interior is sleek and luxurious, equipped with a 12.6-inch infotainment screen and an 8-inch LCD instrument cluster, supporting HUAWEI HiCar/Carlink and DeepSeek. The top-tier model can be optionally fitted with an 8-speaker audio system and 32-color ambient lighting.

The Jetta VS8, a new compact SUV and the brand's flagship model, has been revealed in the latest MIIT filings. Measuring 4629/1851/1624mm with a 2731mm wheelbase, it features a family-style design, including a borderless grille and pulling-through light strips. The side profile is sleek with a blackened D-pillar for a floating roof effect. The rear sports a pulling-through Y-shaped light group. Powered by a 1.4T engine with 110kW output, it is expected to use a 6AT transmission and may offer a plug-in hybrid variant. The VS8 is set to launch within the year.

The pre-production model of Volkswagen ID.EVO has officially rolled off the line. As the first full-size electric SUV from Volkswagen Anhui, it features a connected design that breaks from the traditional ID. family style. Based on the MEB platform and CEA architecture, it supports L2-level driving assistance.
