The BYD Atto 3 2025 model has been launched in Australia and India with minor upgrades, including a new full-black interior and ventilated front seats. The exterior features simplified 18-inch alloy wheels. Mechanically, the Atto 3 remains unchanged, with a front motor producing 204 PS (150kW) and 310 Nm of torque. It offers two battery options with WLTP ranges of 345km and 420km. This update is likely a precursor to the model's introduction in Malaysia, where it may face new competition from rivals like the Proton eMas 7.

On 5 Nov 2025, Zeekr launched the facelifted Zeekr X compact electric SUV in three trims. MSRP ranges from RMB 155,800 to 175,800, but a trade-in incentive cuts the price to RMB 145,800-165,800 until 31 Dec. GAC Aion UT Super Rolls Off Line, to Launch on Nov 11 with 99-Second Battery Swap
On Nov 5, GAC Aion UT Super—the first "national quality EV" co-developed with JD.com and CATL—rolled off the line in Changsha. To ensure timely delivery, the plant is operating at full capacity. Launching Nov 11, the car features Huawei cloud infotainment, CATL’s swappable chocolate battery, 500 km range, and 99-second battery swap. It previously fetched ¥78.19 million in a JD auction.
