Hyundai Motor Group was named Automaker of the Year at the 2026 AutoTech Awards on June 2, recognizing its leadership in connected mobility, EV innovation, safety, and design. The Genesis GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige also received the 2026 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX Award. Judges highlighted the Group's dedicated EV platform, three consecutive World Car of the Year wins, and consistent IIHS Top Safety Pick+ ratings. This marks the Group's first group-level technology leadership recognition, following Hyundai Motor America's OEM of the Year awards in 2021 and 2024.

Bentley unveiled the new Flying Spur, with the S variant returning to the flagship four-door lineup. The exterior features single-headlamp design—a first since 1962—aligned with the fourth-generation Continental GT family, plus an integrated grille and bumper. Front fender vents are replaced with clean surfacing, and new 22-inch wheels are available. The V8 hybrid powertrain delivers nearly 20% more output than its predecessor, complemented by an active chassis system.

The 2027 Toyota Sienna has been revealed, retaining the current exterior design while adding a matte gold finish. Interior upgrades include standard digital instrument cluster and surround-view monitor, an enlarged center touchscreen with deleted physical buttons, and added wireless charging. Seating enhancements feature lumbar support for front seats, passenger-side boss key, second-row tray tables, and additional roof-mounted speakers. The spare tire has been replaced with a tire repair kit.

Lynk & Co launched the 07 EM-P 200 Ultra carbon wing variant at 169,800 yuan. Featuring the "Hunting Wind" performance kit with revised front/rear bumpers and side skirts, plus standard 19-inch blacked-out wheels and carbon rear spoiler, the model offers two-tone Aurora Silver and Polar Night Black exteriors. Power comes from a 1.5T PHEV producing 408PS and 615Nm, paired with a 3-speed DHT and a 28.3kWh Shengdun LFP battery delivering 200km CLTC electric range.

Leapmotor unveiled updated C series models featuring new Cloud Gold exterior and Sandstone Brown interior. The C10 adopts Tech-Nature Aesthetics 2.0 with split piano-key lighting, 10mm longer body at 4,749mm, and 18/20-inch wheels. The C11 offers 0.28 Cd drag coefficient, frameless doors, double-layer acoustic glass, and 20-inch wheels with green four-piston calipers. Both models launch soon.

Argentina produced 37,762 vehicles in May, up 0.6% month-over-month but down 21.5% year-over-year. Exports totaled 25,237 units, declining 6.1% from April and 4.2% from May 2025. Domestic wholesale deliveries reached 35,979 vehicles, plummeting 39.0% YoY. January-May cumulative production stood at 167,629 units (-19.3% YoY), with exports at 104,520 units (-2.2% YoY). Industry sources noted production volumes have stabilized, with the sector undergoing supply adjustment throughout 2026 driven by new investments.
