The Volkswagen ID.ERA 8X has been revealed, with pre-sales starting September 28. Positioned as a mid-to-large size SUV with a large five-seat layout, officially dubbed a "German driving flagship SUV." At room temperature, it charges 10-70% SOC in 5 minutes and 10-97% in 9 minutes, with 1 minute of charging providing 100km range. At -30°C, it achieves 20-97% SOC in 12 minutes. The system supports 700km+ range with 90%+ range retention at -20°C, energy density of 460Wh/L (190Wh/kg). The "Intelligent Cell, Energy Domain Controller, AI Cloud Control Platform" trinity can identify 20+ fault types with 99.77% accuracy and provide 2-10 day advance warnings.
