SAIC-GM-Wuling's Bingo Pro is scheduled for official launch on May 22, following the opening of pre-sales for four trim levels priced between RMB 58,800 and 72,800. Positioned between the standard Bingo and Bingo S, the five-door, five-seat hatchback measures 4,050/1,758/1,580mm with a 2,560mm wheelbase. Its neo-retro design language features circular LED headlamps with tri-segment arc light strips and rounded rectangular taillights. The cabin incorporates dual 12.8-inch displays, an electronic column shifter, and cloud-soft wraparound seats, powered by the Ling OS infotainment system with AI voice activation. The Bingo Pro delivers a maximum CLTC range of 403km and is available in four color options including Hepburn Green and Rover Silver.

IM Motors launched the LS6 SAIC 100 Million Unit Limited Edition, priced at RMB 234,900 and RMB 254,900 for the 76 Max and 103 Max variants respectively. Limited to 5,000 units with deliveries starting early June, the special edition adds a 520-line ultra-vision LiDAR, Nvidia Thor chip (700 TOPS), second-row ventilation and massage, and an in-car refrigerator. Foton launched the Tunland V7 and V9 pickups in Malaysia through Handal BCM, marking the country's first diesel mild hybrid pickup offerings. iCaur Malaysia announced the start of local assembly (CKD) for the iCaur 03 at Chery Corporate Malaysia's Shah Alam plant, with the iWD variant now available at RM129,880 OTR without insurance. The CKD units maintain identical specifications and engineering standards to the CBU model. Each purchase includes a 7 kW AC home charger and complimentary scheduled service for two years or 45,000 km. The vehicle carries a seven-year/150,000-km warranty, with the battery and electric drive unit covered separately for eight years/160,000 km, including one-to-one replacement if battery health falls below 70%.

The facelifted BYD Yuan Plus will launch on May 21, featuring a new rear-wheel-drive EV platform, standard second-generation Blade Battery, and flash charging technology. Dimensions have increased to 4,665/1,895/1,675 mm with a 2,770 mm wheelbase, complemented by a 180L electric frunk and six exterior color options. The model receives comprehensive upgrades to interior and intelligent connectivity features, significantly enhancing product competitiveness. Pricing for the new generation is yet to be announced.

Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the all-electric AMG GT, the brand's flagship performance Gran Turismo built on the dedicated AMG.EA (AMG Electric Architecture) platform, marking a definitive departure from V8 powertrains. The range-topping GT 63 4MATIC+ features three axial-flux electric motors paired with a 106kWh battery and 800V architecture, delivering 1,169PS and 2,000Nm in launch control mode, enabling a 0-100km/h sprint of 2.1 seconds and a top speed of 300km/h. The model supports 600kW DC fast charging, replenishing 10%-80% in 11 minutes, with a WLTP range of 696km. The GT 55 variant offers 816PS and 700km range. To preserve AMG's sensory legacy, the AMG FORCE S+ simulated sound system replicates V8 acoustics and vibration feedback. Design cues include an illuminated Panamericana-style grille, three-pointed star headlamps, and classic GT proportions, positioning the model against the Porsche Taycan and Audi e-tron GT.
