Spy shots of the domestically-produced Mercedes-Benz C-Class battery electric vehicle have emerged, revealing the model is built on the 800V MB.EA dedicated electric architecture with a planned year-end launch. Compared to the international variant, the domestic version features extended C-pillar and rear quarter window modifications to enlarge rear window dimensions and improve rear passenger space, while maintaining identical front and rear fascia designs. Toyota Motor North America announced a $1 billion investment in its Kentucky and Indiana manufacturing facilities to address diverse U.S. customer demands. Honda Thailand has officially launched the e:N2 electric SUV at the 2026 Bangkok International Motor Show, priced at 1.429 million Baht (approximately $42,800 USD), representing a 230,000 Baht premium over the e:N1. Manufactured by Dongfeng Honda in China, the mid-size EV measures 4,788 mm in length with a 2,733 mm wheelbase, surpassing competitors like the BYD Atto 3. The vehicle features a 9.4-inch instrument display, 12.8-inch landscape touchscreen with Honda Connect 4.0, and 11.5-inch HUD. Purchasers receive a complimentary home charger, with the first 100 customers additionally receiving a Motocompacto foldable electric scooter valued at 65,000 Baht. Deliveries commence at the end of April.

The Geely EX5 Thailand variant debuts at the 2026 Bangkok International Motor Show featuring a new 70.26 kWh battery pack, extending NEDC-rated range to 550 km (approximately 460 km WLTP) from the previous 490 km. DC fast charging capability remains at 100 kW with 30-80% charging completed in 20 minutes, while power output stays at 218 PS and 320 Nm. The larger capacity unit is expected to eventually equip the Proton eMas 7 Premium, which currently offers 49.52 kWh (Prime, 345 km WLTP) and 60.22 kWh (Premium, 410 km WLTP) options in local CKD assembly. The Toyota FJ has officially launched in Thailand, featuring a rugged, boxy design paying homage to the FJ Cruiser with C-shaped DRLs, optional retro round lights and an octagonal side-opening tailgate with external spare wheel. The interior adopts the Hilux Champ theme with a 7-inch instrument panel, 12.3-inch touchscreen and military-style MOLLE panels in the cargo area.
