At the Alliance Operating Board held at Ampere’s Douai plant, CEOs and chairs of Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi reaffirmed their European EV commitment. Leveraging Ampere’s €550m flexible line compatible with AmpR Small/Medium platforms, the trio will jointly produce the new Nissan Micra EV and Mitsubishi’s first European BUV, the Eclipse Cross BEV, from H2 2025.
