Suzuki Motor Corporation has entered into a business transfer agreement with Kanadevia Corporation to acquire its all-solid-state lithium-ion battery business, effective July 1, 2026. Kanadevia has developed this technology since 2006 utilizing a proprietary dry manufacturing process, delivering high safety and wide temperature range operation for specialized applications including aerospace.
