The WEY Gaoshan 8 HEV will start pre-sale on October 19, positioned as a mid-to-large MPV with a 2.0L oil-hybrid system and standard Hi4 AWD for balanced power and fuel efficiency, while also featuring an intelligent cabin and advanced driver assist system. The exterior adopts the "High Mountain Flowing Water" design concept with a two-tone body, full-width daytime running lights and large chrome trim. Dimensions are 5,280×1,960×1,900mm with 3,145mm wheelbase. Interior is expected to match the Gaoshan 8 Wisdom version with dual 15.6-inch center and passenger screens plus a 21.4-inch 4K rear entertainment display, powered by Coffee Pilot 4 with roof-mounted LiDAR. The 2.0L engine produces 175kW with 190km/h top speed, mated to a 3.64kWh ternary lithium battery.

Mercedes-AMG unveiled the AMG GT SUV at its 140th anniversary celebration in Stuttgart – the brand's first native pure EV high-performance SUV since becoming independent, built on the exclusive AMG.EA platform. Positioned as a mid-to-large pure EV high-performance SUV, it directly targets the Porsche Cayenne Turbo Electric, with global deliveries starting in early 2027. Three variants are offered: GT 63, GT 55 and GT 53. The GT 63 and GT 55 use three axial-flux motors (1 front, 2 rear) producing a combined 860kW (1,169HP) with ~2,000Nm torque, achieving 0-100km/h in ~2.5s and 0-200km/h in 6.8s at 270km/h top speed. Battery options are 106kWh and 128kWh with 800V architecture delivering up to 700km WLTP range, and 710kW charging adds 450km in just 10 minutes.

Spy shots reveal the Zhengzhou Nissan new NV200 as a compact MPV, expected to offer 4 variants with ICE and PHEV powertrains, 80-150km pure EV range, priced 80,000-180,000 yuan, launching as early as October. The exterior features new "crab-claw" LED headlights, a closed grille and a full-width lower vent, with some variants getting a front camera. The A-pillar has a triangular window to reduce blind spots, plus large side mirrors and sliding doors. The redesigned interior has a tiered center console with a large screen, physical buttons, USB ports and a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel. On October 17, AION officially opened pre-sales for the Ray7 with 5 variants priced at 128,800-158,800 yuan. Positioned as a mid-to-large sedan, it marks AION's 10th anniversary and debuts the new Ray series with refreshed branding, design language, chassis, powertrain and intelligence. Geely's Xingrui L PLUS officially launched in Chengdu on October 17 with 8 variants offering pure ICE and i-HEV powertrains, priced at 119,700-153,700 yuan (limited-time: 109,700-143,700 yuan). The design adopts Eastern chronology aesthetics inspired by the 24 solar terms, featuring a ripple-water grille and full-width taillights. Dimensions 4,956×1,915×1,505mm with 2,845mm wheelbase and 84.5% cabin space efficiency. It debuts the EVA intelligent entity robot, Flyme Auto 2 system with 15.4-inch 2.5K center screen, 10.2-inch instrument and 16.6-inch W-HUD. As China's first B-segment fuel sedan with LiDAR, it uses the Qianli Haohan H5 system enabling urban and highway NOA. The i-HEV pairs a 1.5TD hybrid with an 11-in-1 motor at 3.98L/100km fuel consumption and 0-100km/h in 7.7s; the 2.0TD pairs with an Aisin 8AT producing 200kW for a 6.5s 0-100km/h time. Built on the CMA platform with Lotus-tuned chassis and CCD adaptive damping.

The new AITO M7 appears in the latest MIIT filing as a mid-to-large SUV offering extended-range and pure EV powertrains with 5/6-seat configurations. The exterior retains the current minimalist family design with a roof-mounted LiDAR. Dimensions are 5,080×1,999×1,780mm with 3,030mm wheelbase; 20/21-inch wheels are optional. Options include wheel styles, electric running boards and fender trim. The pure EV variant has dual motors (160kW/227kW) with ternary lithium battery; the extended-range version uses a 1.5L range extender (118kW) with dual motors (170kW/227kW) and LFP battery.
