The new variant continues with a single-motor layout offering two power outputs of 180 kW and 185 kW, representing a significant increase over the current 132 kW and 160 kW versions. It maintains the LFP battery configuration with a top speed of 180 km/h. This addition further expands the B10 product lineup and strengthens its competitiveness in the compact pure electric SUV segment.

The locally assembled Mercedes-AMG GLC43 4Matic Coupé Nightfall Edition has been launched in Malaysia, priced at RM518,888 on-the-road without insurance. Building upon the standard model introduced in November 2024, the Nightfall Edition adds the AMG Night Package Exterior II with dark chrome radiator trim slats, rear tristar and model badging, plus a silver chrome AMG fuel filler cap. The cabin features the AMG Real Performance Sound system with Balanced and Powerful modes. Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four producing 421 PS and 500 Nm, supplemented by a 48-volt mild-hybrid belt-driven starter generator adding 14 PS. The powertrain is paired with the AMG Speedshift MCT 9G nine-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive, enabling 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.

NIO CEO William Li has announced the new Onvo L60 will open pre-sales in late May with official launch in June. As an annual facelift, exterior changes are minimal while configuration upgrades take center stage. The ADAS system offers two options: the Coconut+ variant with NIO's self-developed 5nm automotive-grade chip "Shenji NX9031" and LiDAR, plus the Coconut variant with Orin X chip and vision-only solution. The model will also integrate the full-vehicle operating system "SkyOS·Tianshu" for comprehensive intelligent technology advancement. Reference dimensions from the current model are 4828/1930/1616mm with a 2950mm wheelbase.

Lexus LX Teased for Malaysia Market as Flagship Luxury Off-Road SUV
Lexus Malaysia has teased its new large 4×4 flagship on social media, confirming the LX luxury off-road SUV following last year's GX introduction. Based on the Land Cruiser 300, it differentiates through unique styling including an imposing slatted spindle grille, arrow-shaped DRLs with available BladeScan adaptive high-beam technology, and L-shaped taillights. The interior features a wraparound dashboard with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system replacing the previous Remote Touch interface, plus a secondary seven-inch touchscreen for climate, chassis, and Multi-Terrain Select controls. A 25-speaker Mark Levinson sound system represents the most speakers on any Lexus. Available in standard seven-seat and ultra-luxurious four-seat Executive configurations, the latter adds heavily-cushioned rear seats, footrest, ottoman, special reading lights, control touchscreen, Qi wireless charging, and tilting rear infotainment screens. It remains unclear if both variants will be offered in Malaysia.
