On July 2, 2024, JAC Group officially launched its first DI platform pure electric model, the E30X, at the La Perle Theater in Dubai, marking a significant step in promoting green and sustainable transportation solutions in collaboration with local partners. The E30X offers a revolutionary smart and eco-friendly driving experience with zero emissions and modern design, targeting environmentally conscious consumers. JAC Group plans to introduce more new energy vehicles in the UAE to enhance intelligent, safe, and high-quality travel experiences.

Chery will launch the Fulwin A9L Falcon 700 and 4-seat variants on November 15. The flagship mid-to-large PHEV sedan features the Kunpeng CDM 6.0 hybrid system with LiDAR and enhanced ADAS hardware. Measuring 5018/1965/1500mm with a 3000mm wheelbase, it achieves a 0.23Cd drag coefficient. The 4-seat version offers rear seat controls and a refrigerator. The 33.67kWh battery delivers 260km CLTC electric range and over 2500km combined range.

The Jenhoo EV48 electric panel van made its appearance at the Global Automotive Technology Expo (GATE) 2025, with CAM Malaysia scheduled to launch the model early next year at an estimated price of RM150,000. The vehicle is powered by a 53.58 kWh CATL LFP battery pack paired with an 82 PS/220 Nm rear-mounted electric motor, delivering a CLTC range of 390 kilometres. It offers 6 cubic metres of cargo volume, a 1.4-tonne payload capacity, dual sliding doors, and a B-pillarless design for enhanced loading convenience. Charging capabilities include 6.6 kW AC charging (10-100% in 9 hours) and DC fast charging (20-80% in 45 minutes). The EV48 is backed by a 5-year/200,000 km vehicle warranty and will compete in Malaysia's electric commercial vehicle segment against models such as the BYD T3 and Maxus eDeliver series.

BYD launched the 2026 Seal 06 DM-i on November 14, offering two variants priced from 96,800 to 106,800 yuan. Built on the same platform as the Qin L, the mid-size sedan features the Ocean-series design language with a closed grille and full-width taillights with droplet-shaped elements. As a DM-i plug-in hybrid, it continues BYD's fifth-generation DM technology, balancing efficiency and performance.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) and its dealer EON Auto Mart have upgraded the Melaka showroom to a new 3S facility at Melaka Autocity, Hang Tuah Jaya. Spanning 7,465 sq.ft., the centre accommodates six display vehicles, includes 10 service bays equipped with seven hoists, a dedicated sales delivery area, and a customer lounge with WiFi plus kids' play area. The fourth-generation Renault Twingo E-Tech Electric debuts as a BEV-only model on the AmpR Small platform. It features a 60 kW motor and 27.5 kWh LFP battery, delivering 263 km WLTP range. Charging capabilities include 6.6 kW AC (standard) and 50 kW DC, with an optional 11 kW AC bi-directional charger enabling V2L/V2G. Measuring 3,789 mm long with a 2,493 mm wheelbase, the 1,200 kg hatchback offers 360-1,000 litres of cargo space. Two trim levels (Evolution, Techno) will be offered, with European pricing starting under €20,000 and launch expected early next year.
