IM Motors will begin a large-scale over-the-air update this January, rolling out in waves according to chip set and model. The brand also revealed a 2026 roadmap headlined by the new range-extended LS8 SUV, already homologated by MIIT. Measuring 5085 mm long with a 3060 mm wheelbase, the 5/6-seater pairs a 1.5-litre turbo generator with a 230 kW electric drive and 52.1-65.9 kWh LFP blade batteries for up to 335 km electric range.
