The 2026 Hongqi H6 has officially launched with eight variants priced between 179,800 and 239,800 yuan. The lineup introduces three new Xuanying editions featuring full blacked-out exterior packages, darkened chrome trim, and red brake calipers. The Zhixing trim adds Yilian smartphone connectivity, while the Zhimei variant gains lane centering assist alongside Yilian connectivity at unchanged prices. Xuanying variants carry a 3,000-yuan premium over their standard counterparts with identical equipment. All models are powered by a 2.0T engine ranging from the entry-level Zhixing to the flagship Zhizhen.

Spy shots of a new Arcfox SUV, codenamed N65QB, have emerged. Positioned above the T1, it is speculated to be an SUV variant based on the Arcfox S3. Currently in early testing, the vehicle features a full-width front light bar with upturned lamp clusters, aligning with the T1's family design language. The rear adopts a fastback silhouette with an expected full-width taillight. For reference, the Arcfox S3 is priced between 64,800 and 125,800 yuan, with its official launch scheduled for May 22.

Interior spy shots of the Changan Qiyuan Q06 have surfaced. Built on the SDA Tianshu architecture, the model features a Q05-inspired cockpit with a floating center display, full digital instrument cluster, column-mounted shifter, and customizable rotary knob. It will be equipped with the Tianshu intelligent advanced driver-assistance system and Changan’s Taihang distributed electric drive. The FAW Yueyi 08 has officially rolled off the production line. As the flagship sedan of the R series, it offers both battery electric and extended-range electric vehicle powertrains, paired with an intelligent advanced driver-assistance system co-developed with Horizon Robotics. The model features a closed grille and "Galaxy Waterfall" lighting signature, with LiDAR modules available on higher trims. Pre-sales are set to commence at the end of May.

The WEY V9X officially launched on May 18 as a six-seat full-size SUV, offered in three trims priced between 371,800 and 411,800 yuan. As the debut model on the Guiyuan S platform, it features a 2.0T engine paired with a 4-speed dedicated hybrid transmission, 800V high-voltage architecture, and 6C ultra-fast charging, delivering 470km of pure electric range and 1,700km of combined range. The exterior draws inspiration from oriental architecture, featuring a star-ring headlamp design and Hi Light intelligent lighting system. The vehicle measures 5205(5299)/2025/1825mm with a 3050(3150)mm wheelbase.

BMW Group has officially unveiled the Vision ALPINA concept, elevating ALPINA to an independent ultra-luxury performance brand positioned between BMW and Rolls-Royce, directly targeting the Maybach segment. The concept features a classic shark-nose front fascia, sculpted kidney grille, and slim headlamps. The side profile showcases a 6-degree ascending character line, frameless coupe doors, and iconic 20-spoke forged wheels (22-inch front, 23-inch rear). Measuring 5200mm in length with an integrated fastback roofline, the four-seat grand tourer will be powered by a V8 engine, with the first production model expected by late 2027.
